Shipping Information
Each piece in the Luxury Basics Collection is hand-crafted. Orders will be shipped within 5 days, if available. Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 2 weeks. During holidays, you will be notified if your order will take longer.If you need your jewelry in a hurry, please contact Leslie@luxurybasics.com and we will try very hard to be accommodating.
For now, we will be shipping FedEx.

I want you to enjoy your purchase and spread the word! All of the jewelry in the Luxury Basics Collection is handmade from natural stones. Small imperfections are natural; color and size may vary a bit, as well. Further, your color screen may also be a factor in color distortion. I personally inspect each item before it is shipped with care. If it arrives damaged, however, we will, of course, replace the item at no charge. Please notify us immediately.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us right away and please return your purchase within 7 days in unworn condition and in the original packaging in which you received it, for a store credit or exchange for another piece of jewelry of equal or greater value.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
Before you ship your return, please email us for an authorization code. Be sure to include your packing slip with the package. (Make a copy for your records) You should return the item(s) in their box and ship them insured. We cannot be responsible or issue a credit for lost items.
If your packing slip has slipped away, please email us with your name, address, phone number, item description, order number, (if you have it), the reason for the return and what course of action (credit or exchange) you would like taken.

We will not sell your name or any information about you to any other company or third party.When you sign up for our mailing list, you will receive 12 emails per year, one per month on the first day of each month. In addition to showing the one-of-a-kind jewelry for that month, I will coordinate announcements of any other event or new product line debut in these communications, to minimize the “annoyance” factor of unwelcome, pestering emails.
